Follow these steps carefully
Turn the ignition off. On many vehicles, briefly switch ignition on/off and pull the wiper stalk to park the arms in a raised service position. Otherwise carefully lift each arm by hand.
Lift the wiper arm off the glass until it stays up. Support it — never let a bare arm snap back onto the windshield or you can crack the glass.
Locate the lock tab where the blade meets the arm (hook, pin, or bayonet). Press the tab and slide the blade off the arm. Note how the connector was oriented.
Confirm the new blade length and connector type match the old one. Attach any adapter included with the new blade before installing.
Slide or clip the new blade onto the arm until you hear/feel a solid click. Tug gently to confirm it is locked.
Gently lower the arm onto the glass. Repeat for the other side (and rear wiper if equipped). Mist the glass and run the wipers to verify streak-free contact.
Test your repair before closing everything up. If something doesn't work right, double-check your steps.
