Follow these steps carefully
Drive the Mirage G4 for 5 to 10 minutes so the 0W-20 oil in the 1.2L 3A92 3-cylinder engine is warm and flows freely. Warm oil drains much faster and carries more sludge and suspended contaminants out of the engine with it. Park on a flat, level surface, engage the parking brake, chock the rear wheels, and pop the hood.
Lift the front of the Mirage G4 with a floor jack and support it securely on two jack stands placed under the front subframe pinch-weld points. Never work under a car supported only by a jack. From under the engine, find the oil pan drain plug on the bottom of the 3A92 engine's oil pan and position your drain pan directly beneath it.
Loosen the drain plug with the correct metric socket, keeping upward pressure on it so hot oil does not run down your arm, then spin it out by hand. Let the oil drain completely until it slows to an occasional drip, which usually takes 5 to 10 minutes. A complete drain is what keeps the new 0W-20 oil clean for its full service interval.
Wipe the drain plug threads clean and fit a new aluminum crush washer onto the plug, making sure the old washer is not still stuck to the oil pan. Thread the plug in by hand first so it starts straight, then snug it with the ratchet. The plug should feel firmly seated without being forced, because overtightening will strip the aluminum oil pan threads.
The Mirage G4's spin-on oil filter is mounted on the front of the 1.2L 3A92 engine, making it easy to reach from the front of the car. Loosen it with an oil filter wrench or strap wrench, then spin it off by hand while keeping the drain pan underneath to catch the oil trapped inside the filter. Check that the old filter's rubber gasket came off with the filter and is not still stuck to the engine's filter mounting boss.
Smear a thin film of fresh 0W-20 oil on the new filter's rubber gasket with your finger so it seats smoothly and will not tear. Thread the new filter onto the mounting boss by hand until the gasket touches, then tighten it about three-quarters of a turn further. The filter should be hand-tight and leak-free; a wrench is not needed and overtightening makes the next change miserable.
Remove the oil filler cap on top of the engine, place a funnel in the filler neck, and pour in approximately 3.2 liters (3.4 US quarts) of 0W-20 full synthetic oil, which is the full capacity of the 3A92 engine with a filter change. The Mirage G4's small sump means overfilling is easy, so stop short of the full amount and check the dipstick, adding the last bit gradually until the level sits between the min and max marks. Reinstall the filler cap and wipe up any spills.
Start the engine and let it idle for 30 seconds while you watch for leaks around the drain plug and the new front-mounted filter. Shut it off, wait a minute for the oil to settle, then recheck the dipstick and top up if the level dropped as the new filter filled. A successful job ends with the oil level between the marks, no drips under the car, and the maintenance reminder reset so the next service is tracked correctly.
