Follow these steps carefully
Park the Dodge Charger on level ground, set the parking brake, and switch fog lights off. Access is often through a wheel-liner flap, under-tray opening, or by removing the fog-light bezel. Wear gloves — oils from skin shorten halogen bulb life.
Turn the plastic access cover counterclockwise or unclip it. On some Dodge Charger models you must unbolt the fog-lamp housing from the bumper to reach the bulb. Support the housing so it cannot hang by the wiring.
Unplug the electrical connector. Release the wire retainer clip or twist the bulb socket counterclockwise per the Dodge Charger design. Pull the old bulb straight out — do not force a stuck bulb sideways.
Compare base type (H8/H11/LED module, etc.) to the old bulb. Handle halogen glass only with a clean cloth or gloves. Seat the new bulb fully in the Dodge Charger housing and re-secure the retainer or twist-lock.
Plug the connector back in until it clicks. Switch on the ignition and fog lights to confirm both sides work on the Dodge Charger. Aim should look level; adjust only if the housing was moved.
Refit the access cover, housing bolts, and wheel liner/under-tray fasteners. Confirm no loose liner near the Dodge Charger tire. Recheck fog-light operation one final time.
