Follow these steps carefully
Park the 2002-2008 Toyota Corolla and let the engine cool. Disconnect the negative battery cable if recommended. Loosen the clamps and remove the intake tube from the throttle body. Unplug the throttle-position/electronic-throttle connector and any vacuum hoses — label them. Wear gloves and eye protection.
